Take the time to review them and if there appears to be losses reported for the last 12 months, it could be time to find a new job soon.

One sign that you are better off in a new job is when your human resource team starts documenting all the things you are doing wrong, even if you are following all company policies. They may be looking for a reason to fire you. Time to get out!

The company culture and leadership no longer matches your goals or values.

One of the biggest signs that you’ve outgrown a company is that the business is no longer operated or managed with the strong worth ethics and values you hold to be true.
