Administrative Assistant – South Bend, IN

Administrative Assistant/part time-Will be working with Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, and Invoice Entry; interacting with and assisting managers as required; and representing the company as the receptionist. Payroll Clerk – Berrien Springs, MI

Payroll Clerk-Long standing Berrien Springs manufacturer is looking for a payroll clerk possessing knowledge/prior experience with ADP payroll. Must also have strong Microsoft Office skills – especially in Excel – as well as good data entry skills, the ability to follow instructions, and good attendance. Junior MRO Buyer – Niles, MI

Junior MRO Buyer. Hours: 8:00am-5:00pm Monday-Friday. Will be responsible for placing purchase orders, processing RFQ’s, managing material costs for MRO and materials purchases, developing sourcing strategies for commodities, acting as liaison between Engineering and Production Departments and suppliers, resolving issues with suppliers in cases such as delayed deliveries, damaged goods, or other supply issues, and assisting Purchasing Manager as needed. Must have an Associate’s degree in Business, Accounting, or other related field, with a Bachelor’s degree preferred, as well as a minimum 1-3 years of buying experience, supply chain, or product development background, experience with MS Office and ERP systems, and strong communication and organizational skills. Office Assistant – Benton Harbor, MI

A full time Office Assistant is needed; will be answering phones, filing, and doing collections. Must have Microsoft Office 2010 or higher.
