A Niles, Michigan manufacturer is seeking an experienced Payroll Administrator to manage weekly payroll processing, compile payroll data including vacation time, absences and deductions, polling the electronic timekeeping system and reviewing downloaded information for accuracy. Resolving payroll discrepancies, responding to employee inquiries regarding time, attendance and payroll issues. Compile reports related to payroll for management, setting up and maintaining employee files while maintaining a high degree of confidentiality. Must have a minimum of 3 years of payroll/timekeeping experience, proficiency in MS Word, Excel and Outlook and possess strong verbal and written communication skills. An Associate’s Degree in Business or related field is preferred. Must have experience with payroll for 500+ employees. Wage is $16.00/hr-$18.00/hr depending on experience. A full time Office Assistant is needed in Benton Harbor, Michigan to answer phones, file and perform collection duties.  Qualified candidates must have Microsoft Office 2010 or higher and good Word and Excel experience. Collection experience is a plus with a minimum of a high school diploma or GED. Wage is depending on experience from $10.00-$11.00/hr. Good Benefits when hired in by the company. Seeking an Administrative Assistant in South Bend, Indiana. This position will involve performing secretarial, reception and accounting duties including answering phones, processing mail, file maintenance and organization, providing administrative support on projects, scheduling meetings and appointments, verifying payroll time sheets and tracking off-time. Data entry of invoices and purchase orders into QuickBooks software and preparing for the month end accounting process. Must have HS Diploma/GED, as well as previous office and/or accounting experience and experience with MS Word, Excel and Outlook. QuickBooks or other business accounting software experience is desired. This is a temp to hire position starting out at $14/hr-$16/hr depending on experience.
