Injection Molded Rubber Process Technician – Benton Harbor, MI.
1st shift opportunity working 7am – 3pm. Individuals in this position will work to develop, evaluate, and improve manufacturing methods, assist in the design of new tools, repair of tools, and set up of molds. Additionally will troubleshoot the production process to resolve scrap issues and molding problems to improve efficiency. Duties will include troubleshooting injection molded rubber presses, sampling new molds, establishing machine set-up specification, operating parameters, and work instructions, and assist in mold changes as needed. $16.65/hour depending on experience. Tool and Die Technician – Bridgman- MI.
1st shift 6am-2:30pm Must have previous tool & die repair experience, with the ability to read and interpret blueprints and perform die troubleshooting and repair. Good Machinist skills or machine maintenance skills a plus. Must provide own steel toe boots/shoes. Wages based on experience, willing to negotiate. Temp to hire position.
