Manufacturing jobs:
General Production/Bonding Dept. working 1st shift 6:00am-4:30pm Monday-Friday with overtime hours as needed for a South Bend, IN manufacturer. Will be doing general production in the bonding dept. using adhesives to bond parts, as well as using air tools to remove excess material from parts. General Laborer/Receiver/Shop Helper needed for a Niles, MI business. Will help in the shop doing materials receiving, processing paperwork, confirming orders received, processing work orders, shrink wrapping items, materials stocking, doing shop cleaning and assisting on job sites as needed. Hours will be 9am-4:30pm with 30 minute lunch Monday-Friday plus weekend hours as needed for approximately 35-38 hours per week. Must have some flexibility in work schedule for job needs. Experience with painting, sanding, staining, trimming, molding, casings, jam materials, and having own tools is a plus. Wages starting out at $10.00/hr-$10.50/hr depending on experience. A local printing company is looking for a Samples Operator. The sample operator’s responsibilities include but are not limited to the following: picks good customer samples, uses non-conformance system, pulls job tickets, packages samples, uses corrective action system. Must have basic math skills, leadership skills, and the ability to read and interpret documents. Must be able to lift or move at least 25 lbs and stand for extended periods of time. Basic computer skills and previous experience working with mail equipment or machinery is helpful. Hours are 7am-3pm Mon-Fri and overtime if needed.
