Tool & Die Technician – Bridgman, MI. 1st shift 6am-2:30pm Must have previous tool & die repair experience, with the ability to read and interpret blueprints and perform die troubleshooting and repair. Good Machinist skills or machine maintenance skills a plus. Pay up to $20.00 per hour based on experience Temp to hire position. Tool Maker – Stevensville, MI. 1st shift position working 6:30am – 4:00pm Monday – Friday. Must have 3-5 years of previous experience working as a Tool Maker and be experienced in reading and interpreting blueprints, using measuring tools such as calipers, possess basic mechanical abilities and be able to operate manual and some automatic machinery. Must have a willingness to learn, good communication skills and ability to work cooperatively with co-workers and customers. Must have a high school diploma/GED. Apprentice Tool Maker – Stevensville, MI . 1st shift position working 6:30am – 4:00pm Monday – Friday. Will learn the basic skills necessary to assist the lead tool makers in building trim dies and fixtures. This may include machining steel, sharpening tools and other duties as necessary. Must be willing to follow directions, have mechanical ability, and be willing to take classes towards an apprenticeship program (company will reimburse depending on the grade achieved), and have basic math skills. Experience reading blue prints and using basic measurement instruments is desired. Also, the ability to operate saws, roughing mills, surface grinders and drill presses would be a plus.
