Wood Temporary Staffing is now hiring for Customer Service Representatives and Receptionists in both the Southwest Michigan and South Bend areas. Clerical positions:

Customer Service Representative working 8am-4:30pm Monday-Friday. A minimum of 3 years customer service experience including some cash handling training, knowledge of Advanced Microsoft Office, collections and inside sales are required and previous call center experience is a plus. Customer Service Representatives will receive the company’s incoming calls primarily from customers and sales representatives to assist with orders, service, shipping, accounting, cross selling and general product information questions. Call information is then documented in a Microsoft Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system and followed up on to ensure all issues are resolved to the customer’s satisfaction. Must have excellent communication and problem solving skills, possess a pleasant phone voice and have a positive attitude. The ability to multi-task, be detail oriented, enjoy working in a fast paced professional environment and be a team player. Receptionist working 1st shift 8am-5pm Monday-Thursday and 8am-4pm Fridays. High School Diploma is required. Duties include answering phones, screening and directing calls, greeting people entering the organization, providing general administrative and clerical support, receiving and sorting mail and monitoring and maintaining office equipment. Must have good verbal and written communication skills, be customer service oriented, have good attention to detail, be reliable and able to take initiative. Knowledge of computers and relevant software applications, the ability to work a multi-line telephone and knowledge of customer service principles and practices are a plus.
