Production Openings:

General Production on 1st shift working 6am-4pm Monday-Thursday plus overtime as needed for Niles, MI manufacturer. Will do machine operation and tending, parts loading and offloading, parts inspection and packing. Must have a stable work history and reliable transportation. General Labor on 2nd shift position working 3:00pm-11pm Monday-Friday with overtime as needed. Will assist press operators, do packaging, sorting and parts trimming. Must have good attention to detail, have reliable transportation and a good work history. Must wear athletic style tennis shoes. Wage is $10.75/hr to start. Heavy Molder/Operator working 3rd shift Midnight-7am. Work boots are suggested but tennis shoes are ok also. Lifts and positions rolls of fiberglass on the in-feed table, read temperature gauges and timing devices to verify that press temperature settings and cur cycle times are correct. Will also lift and position foil, facing, polyester, fiberglass in the proper orientation on pole racks. Place part on water jet fixture for cutting with high pressure water, places part on check fixture for inspection and use quality standards for visually inspecting parts for defects. General Labor/Forklift position working Monday-Friday from 11:00am-7:00pm with overtime as needed. Must be able to read a tape measure, be able to lift 35 lbs regularly and 75 lbs on occasion, be able to work around solvents and water based adhesives. Must have forklift experience and minor machine maintenance. Must be able to keep coater supplied with material that will be converted, understand basic quality parameters of the products being run and be able to operate an overhead hoist. Must be able to pass a ruler and basic aptitude test. Must have previous forklift experience and clamp truck would be a plus. Must have at least 1 year at an employer in your job history, good transportation and good attendance. Must have a GED or HS Diploma and wage starts at $12.00 per hr.
