CNC Positions:
3rd Shift CNC Machinist. Will train on 1st shift working 7:00am-3:00pm for approximately 4-6 weeks before transferring to 3rd shift working 11:00pm-7:00am. Must have CNC turning (Fanuc Control) experience, the ability to read and interpret drawings, possess GD & T (geometric dimensioning and tolerancing) knowledge, have experience with measuring tools to measure machined dimensions and features including the use of metric system measurement. Depending on experience, job responsibilities may include the operation and setup of CNC lathes, CNC hobbing machines, CNC gear grinding machines and deburring machine. Duties will also include performing tool setting, running an automated production line with a Fanuc Robot, fixture setting and changing, loading and unloading fixtures, performing offset and program adjustments as needed, as well as utilizing measuring tools to perform 1st piece inspections and monitor/maintain part tolerances per specifications. Prior experience with CNC Turning, Gear Cutting and Gear Grinding is a plus. Starting pay is $18/hr and once trained and on 3rd shift will receive a 10% shift premium. CNC Lathe/CNC Gear Grinder Machinist on 2nd shift working 2:30pm-11:00pm. Ability to read blueprints, understand tight tolerances (.0001/.001), experienced machine operators willing to work in a fast paced environment. HS Diploma or GED is required. We are seeking a Swiss (Lathe) Operator for 2nd shift working 2:30pm-11pm. Must have 1-5 years set-up in CNC turning and have knowledge of G&M codes and program editing. Must have knowledge of basic inspection equipment and able to check and maintain tight tolerances (.0001/.001). Bar feeder knowledge and milling a plus.
