Local manufacturing company is looking for an experienced Quality Control Specialist to join their team on 3rd shift working 11:00pm-7:00am plus overtime as needed. Must be detail oriented with solid communication skills, can read part prints and use calipers to measure critical dimensions and check parts according to daily requirements. Update all Job Folders including the implementation of Job Folder stickers, communicate and initiate disciplinary action (as required) towards the operators, consults with the Shift Supervisor in the assigning of Operators to jobs daily and filling out Personal Assignment Sheets. Perform inspections of purchased parts, subassemblies or finished company products according to well defined criteria using standard physical, mechanical and/ or electrical measurements. Rework or reject subassemblies or finished products as required, accurately document the results of the inspections and testing. Maintain all controlled document files and test records in a timely and accurate manner, participate in the construction and/or revision of Operator Control Plans for the Inspection and Machine Operator functions. Evaluate problems and offer initial recommendations for possible corrections. Wage starts at $12.00-$14.00/hr depending on experience. Local manufacturing company is seeking an experienced individual for a 3rd shift Quality Auditor position. Shift hours are 11pm-7am Sunday-Thursday with overtime as required. Will work with basic blueprints and hand gauges to perform Quality Control floor audits and organize all containment and sort activity when non-conforming product is found. CMM operation and SolidWorks experience is a plus. Must have prior Quality Control Audit/Inspection experience in a manufacturing setting, a stable work history and reliable transportation.
