Open Positions:
MIG Welding working a 1st shift temp to hire position with a South Bend, IN manufacturer. Hours will be 6am-2pm Monday-Friday plus overtime as needed. Must have recent experience with production MIG welding and able to provide own steel toe boots and weld helmet. Certified welders are preferred and must be able to pass a weld test. 3rd shift MIG Welding position for a Niles, MI manufacturer. Will be working 8:00pm-6:00am Sunday-Wednesday with additional overtime as needed. Must have recent experience in production MIG welding on steel and aluminum and Fillet gauge experience is a plus. Will do vertical and fillet welds. Temp to hire positions starting out at $15.50/hr. Mig Welders for 2nd shift positions working 5pm-4:30am Monday through Friday. May train on 1st shift working 5am-4:30pm Monday-Friday before moving to 2nd shift. Must be able to lift a minimum of 35 lbs. Weld certification is not required but is a plus. Will be MIG welding on steel tanks. Must be physically fit as this will be fast paced job with bending, lifting and twisting required. Temp employees are eligible for production bonus after 4 weeks which is paid monthly.
