Current Openings:

Quality Technician
1st shift position working 5:00am-3:30pm Monday-Thursday with additional overtime as needed.

Will be responsible for quality inspection including first piece, in-process and last piece inspections, documentation, analyzing and recording SPC data and ensuring that non-conforming product is identified and properly recorded. Will also instruct operators on how to
properly measure parts and complete quality forms, as well as ensure that operators have proper gages per job instructions.
Will also assist with other quality functions including checking in and inspecting material.
Must have experience working with blueprints, part specifications and measuring tools including height gages, calipers and other measuring devices with the ability to calibrate gages.
Have some knowledge of welding and checking welds. Previous experience, as well as good math and computer skills is a must.

Quality Inspector

2nd shift working 2:00pm-10:00pm Monday-Friday with additional overtime as needed.

Will be responsible for the Quality Inspection process with duties including conducting first piece, in-process and last piece audits and process audits on various stamping, roll forming, welding and assembly.
Will perform required measurements and testing utilizing measuring devices including calipers, micrometers, height gauges, document inspection/test results, identify and isolate suspect and non-confirming materials and products.
Must be able to read and interpret part prints, including GD & T and weld symbols, process and production specifications and/or work standards, evaluate weld quality and enter data into the computer system.
Must be able to lift, push and pull items up to 40lbs on a repetitive basis.
