Immediate Openings:
2nd Shift Material Handler (Shipping Dept.)
2nd shift position working 2:00pm-10:00pm Monday-Friday with additional overtime as needed. Will be responsible for material handling functions for the Shipping Department and will operate forklifts, pallet jacks, hand carts and dollies to move, load and unload product/materials. Job Responsibilities:
Receiving raw materials or finished goods into the facility or department, gathering parts, materials or finished goods, as well as gathering finished orders for movement to outbound shipping area
Ensure items are labeled correctly and free of defects
Perform clerical and/or data entry and paperwork functions
Must have strong organizational skills and be detail oriented
Inventory control experience and a working knowledge of Microsoft Outlook, Excel, Word, as well as MRP/ERP systems
Experience with PLEX and Glovia and Edibar work environments is a plus
Must be able to lift 40lbs continuously throughout the shift
1st shift Forklift/Material Handler
Job Description:
Forklift Driver/Material Hander 1st shift 6:00am-2:00pm Monday-Friday plus overtime as needed
Must have forklift experience and have been licensed
Will need good work history
Must have steel toe boots
Must have attention to detail
Be able to read work orders, mill schedule and slit steel listing
Hourly Wage-$12.75/hr plus $1.00/hr attendance bonus (if qualified)
