HR Generalist

• Recruiting for all hourly positions as needed
• Conduct background checks, drug testing, phone interviews, in-person interviews and orientations
• Attendance Tracking and Work with Accounts Payable on employee attendance communications
• Help HR Manager with daily HR/employee related tasks, engage in job fairs and communicates with local temp agencies
• Minimum 1-year experience in manufacturing and HR or Management, excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Experience with the following policies is a plus, procedures, laws, rules and regulation of I-9, FMLA, ADA, EEOC
This is a direct hire position with a company in the Dowagiac area. Wage starting at $45,000.00/yr depending on experience working 9:00am-6:00pm Monday-Friday plus Overtime as needed

Legal Assistant Secretary

• Operate computer, photocopier and other office machines as needed
• Type correspondences and prepare documentation
• Screen telephone calls and take messages
• Establish and maintain office calendars
• Initiate and maintain case files
• Receive clients and visitors
• Schedule and confirm appointments
• Ability to understand and follow instructions
• Demonstrate communication skills

Temp to Hire position starting out at $19.00/hr. Schedule- 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM Monday through Friday

Customer Service/Order Entry Clerk

• Filing, scanning, entering orders and price adjustments for multiple plants and customers
• Will assist with multiple ongoing projects within the Customer Service Team.
• Must have excellent computer and data entry skills and thorough knowledge of ERP, MS Word, PowerPoint and Excel.
• Must be detail oriented and able to work efficiently with minimal direction in a sometimes- high pressure environment
• Must demonstrate a high level of professionalism and customer focus
• Be able to work as part of a team and maintain confidentiality
• Work experience in, and understanding of, a manufacturing environment are a plus

Will work 8:00am to 5:00pm Monday-Thursday and 8:00am to 4:00pm on Friday. Temp to hire position starting wage of $17.00/hr-$19.00/hr depending on experience.
