Hours: 3:00 PM-11: 00 PM Monday-Friday (Overtime as needed)
• Runs CNC Mills and/or Lathes as outlined by the standard operating procedures.
• Loads feed mechanism by lifting stock into position.
• Maintains specifications by observing the manufacturing processes, taking measurements, detecting malfunctions, troubleshooting processes and adhering to quality assurance procedures and processes.
• Maintains safe operations by adhering to safety procedures and regulations.
• Maintains continuity among work shifts by documenting and communicating actions, irregularities and continuing needs.
• Documents actions by completing production and quality logs.
• Updates job knowledge by participating in cross-training initiatives.
• Accomplishes organization goals by accepting ownership for accomplishing new and different requests, exploring opportunities to add value to job accomplishments.
• 1-2 years of previous CNC Mill/Lathe experience preferred, but not required.
• PLEX experience preferred, but not required

• Must have 1-5 years set-up in CNC lathe and have knowledge of G&M codes and program editing.
• Must have knowledge of basic inspection equipment and able to check and maintain tight tolerances (.0001/.001).
• Bar feeder knowledge and milling a plus.

1st Shift/Weekend A-Laser Operator
Will initially train on 2nd shift working 2:00pm-12:00am Monday-Thursday plus additional overtime as needed for a minimum of 1 week to 1 month for training. Once training is completed, will work 4:00am-4:00pm Friday, Saturday and Sunday. On the Weekend A Shift employees must work 36 hours to be paid for 40 or else they will be paid for their total hours worked. Temp to hire positions starting out at $20.00/hr. ($17.00/hr + $3.00/hr shift premium) while training and $17.00/hr once on the weekend shift. • Will be responsible for metal shop fabrication duties
• Equipment set-up and machine operation including laser cutting equipment
• Perform quality checks per requirements
• Working with measuring tools and using small hand-held tools to make minor part adjustments
• Material handling and parts packaging
• Must be able to use small hand-held tools including grinders and sanders
• Forklift operation experience is a plus
• Ability to read calipers, micrometers and indicators is a plus
• Mazak Smart System Nesting + programming experience with a Mazak laser cutter is highly desirable
• Must have the physical stamina to run the laser throughout the entire shift and be able to handle, lift, push and pull up to 40lbs on a repetitive basis
