  • Bank Reconciliation: Reconcile bank statements and credit cards and resolve any discrepancies.
  • Financial Record Keeping: Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records using accounting software.

  • Financial Reporting: Generate financial reports and statements for management review.

  • Proven experience in accounting or a related field.

Customer Service Representative/Marketing 

  • Handle customer inquires via telephone, email, website etc.
  • Resolve customer issues in a timely and accurate fashion
  • Maintain broad knowledge of all company products, services and promotions
  • Process orders and estimates and support the sales force
