Injection Molding Shift Supervisor/Processing Technician
This is a full-time position, Monday through Friday, overtime as required. We are looking for a supervisor with the ability to float from shift to shift as necessary with their primary shift starting on days. Hourly Rate: $19.25 per hour + depending on experience. Shift Supervisor is responsible for supervising shift employees, job changeovers and mold set-ups during the shift, and other assigned duties.
- Lead, Manage and Hold Accountable
- Assign work/Supervise shift employees.
- Set goals for shift employees and monitor their progress.
- Maintain operation conditions within set parameters
- Work closely with Quality Control to ensure acceptable quality.
- Recommend improvements in production methods, equipment, operating procedures and working conditions.
- Troubleshoot issues as they arise.
- Ensure all policies and procedures are followed
- Complete job changeovers
- Ensure items from previous job are removed from workstation and put away.
- Ensure items needed for current job are present at the workstation.
- Set up and process in, new jobs according to the work instructions.

- 3-5 years of Plastics processing experience in injection molding.
- 2 years supervisory experience.
- Reliable transportation.
- Willingness to be flexible, to work other shifts if necessary.
- Ability to communicate in English (written/orally).
- Able to use basic computer software (Microsoft Outlook, Excel, and Word).
- Able to lift 60+ pounds, climb up and down ladders, overall agile.
- Forklift experience.
- Comfortable with hand tools.
- Knowledge of automation.
- Knowledge of general safety best practices.
- Knowledge of all applicable quality standards.
- Experience in IQMS software modules.
- Owns needed tools.

Monday to Friday, 6:00 am – 2:30 pm, with overtime as needed. Hourly Rate: $18.00 per hour We are seeking a Team Lead for the Paper Room. In this position the applicant will use a variety of tools and equipment to BUNN-tie, cut dividers using a shear, carton and palletize finished goods to specifications. This involves reading and interpreting jobs, raw materials and written instructions. To ensure quality, an eye for detail is needed in a highly repetitive work environment. The successful candidate must possess a positive attitude, an excellent work performance history, and a mechanical aptitude. We can teach the rest. As this process involves food contact paper, hair and beard nets are mandatory as well as great personal hygiene. Incumbent will be responsible for working within all procedure and safety requirements. Daily activities will be scheduled to support order / customer ship dates. Incumbent is required to perform but not limited to the following;
- Must be a self-starter that is able to work unsupervised.
- Accurate basic math skills.
- Basic technical knowledge, manual dexterity, good eyesight, as well as the ability to perform repetitive tasks.
- Possess the ability to follow work instructions consistently, every time.
