1st Shift Machine Builder/Assembler
- Reading and following blueprints
- Welding stainless steel components to prepare for final assembly
- Stainless steel surface cleaning and preparation of final assembly
- Assembling individual components with a multitude of fasteners to complete a final assembled machine
- Reading and following pneumatic and electrical prints
- Install pneumatic lines per provided prints
- Build and install electrical cabinets per provided prints
- Build final packaging crates for shipment of equipment
- Ability to safely lift up to 30 lbs
- Stainless steel welding experience a plus

1st shift General Assembly/Machine Building
If you are an experienced in manufacturing assembly and looking for an exciting opportunity with a growing company, we want to hear from you!
- Mechanical training, assembly, and the maintenance of machinery
- Performing machine rebuilding, equipment repair and troubleshooting, performing preventative maintenance, welding, and moving equipment
- Parts machining
- Must have minimum of 5 years of experience with assembly and maintaining machinery
- Must be mechanically inclined with basic knowledge of electrical wiring, hydraulics, and pneumatics preferred
- Must have experience with general machine repair with hydraulic, pneumatic, and electrical troubleshooting skills
- Able to read blueprints/schematics
- Must be able to work with minimal supervision
- Must have own tools (Hammer, Allen wrenches, Punches, etc.)
- Light welding and fabrication experience is a plus
- Drill and tap experience is a plus
- Experience in operating overhead cranes is a plus

1st Shift Equipment/Building Maintenance Assistant
We are seeking a dependable and skilled individual as a 1st Shift Equipment/Building Maintenance Assistant. This role is responsible for performing highly diversified duties to install, troubleshoot, repair, prevent and maintain production equipment in order to achieve quality, productivity and safety of the machine, auxiliary equipment, building and grounds.
- Maintain and repair injection molding production equipment in optimal operating condition.
- Maintain, troubleshoot and install auxiliary equipment.
- Perform and track preventive and predictive maintenance activities.
- Maintain proper inventory levels of required replacement parts for equipment.
- Wire control panels, read electrical schematics and Ladder Logic Diagrams.
- Lay out, assemble, install, and maintain pipe systems and related hydraulic and pneumatic equipment, repair/replace gauges, valves, pressure regulators, and related equipment.
- Install, program, or repair automated machinery and equipment such as programmable controllers and robots.
- Perform basic machining and fabricating of parts and fixtures using simple drawings on blueprints.
- Analyze production data to suggest equipment improvements with cost justification data.
- Assist the Manufacturing Manager and Quality Team in implementing process improvement changes.
- Flexible hours may be necessary.
- Perform routine maintenance on building interior and exterior
- Previous experience in equipment and building maintenance or a related field is preferred.
- Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills.
- Basic knowledge of plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and HVAC systems.
- Ability to read and interpret technical manuals, blueprints, and schematics.
- Know, understand and follow all procedures in the Quality System Manual that apply to this job.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
- Physical stamina to perform manual labor tasks, including lifting and moving heavy objects.
- Reliability and a strong work ethic.
